Thank you for shopping with The AI Guide. Please read this policy before you buy.
All of our products are digital downloads (PDF guides). You get access right after purchase, and a digital file can't be "returned" once it has been delivered. For that reason, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, not using the guide, or results that differ from what you expected.
Please read each product description carefully before you buy. If you have questions about what a guide includes, contact us before purchasing and we'll be happy to help.
We want every customer to get what they paid for. We will fix the problem, and give a refund if we can't, in these cases:
- You didn't receive your download. If your download link didn't arrive or doesn't work, contact us and we'll send you a working link.
- The file is broken. If your PDF is damaged or won't open, we'll send a replacement. If we can't give you a working file, we'll refund you.
- You were charged twice. If you accidentally bought the same guide twice, we'll refund the duplicate order.
- You were charged in error. If there's a billing mistake on our end, we'll correct it.
Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase for any of these issues.
Email us at parkerschilds01@gmail.com or use our contact page. Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout and a short description of the problem. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
If a refund is approved, it will go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5 to 10 business days to appear. Once a refund is issued, your access to the product ends.
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first. We can usually fix download issues quickly and much faster than a bank dispute.
Our guides are educational. We do not guarantee any income or results, and not getting the results you hoped for is not a reason for a refund.
